Modern and traditional architechture in a wonderful landscape with the imposing mountain backdrop of Innsbruck, Saalfelden towards Bad Ischl and Leoben. A spatious workshop world promises success, and for the well-earned break there is a wide range of support programmes to choose from.
Salzkammergut
It is the variety of the Salzkammergut that wins people over – embedded between lakes, rivers and a wonderful mountain landscape are the towns of Mondsee and Bad Ischl. The local mountain for the people of Bad Ischl is the Berg Katrin with the nice and cosy ‘Katrin Alm’, the Katrin meadow which offers space for relaxed contemplation with a dreamlike view of Bad Ischl and the Dachstein moutain chain.
Not too far from Bad Ischl and Mondsee is the mountain Schafberg with its famous Schafberg railway, a historical rack railway, which, for over 100 years now has attracted travellers, tourists and locals.
The Salzkammergut region is also an ideal area for more gentle walks on the surrounding upland meadows, such as the Postalm and the Rettenbachalm, for instance.
Tyrolean Mountains
The Tyrolean mountains and the Tyrolean people themselves, a rustic and hearty, likeable breed, have a charm of their own – nowhere else can you meet such an appealing landscape and such friendly people - from noble destinations such as St. Anton and Kitzbühel and wildly romantic valleys like the Pitztal and the Ötztal through to the national park region Großglockner / Großvenediger in the idyllic East Tyrol. Breathtaking sights and views are provided by the proud rock formations of the Tyrolean part of the main Alpine chain. The mountains are permeated by glowing glaciers, extensive forests and the succulent pastures of the upland meadows.
In winter, Tyrol and the region around Innsbruck are famous for their excellent skiing areas. In summer the landscape is enticing for wonderful mountain walks and in the last few years has become increasingly popular as an eldorado for mountainbiking!
